CINERGY’S MIAMI FORT STATION UNIT 7 PRECIPITATOR DEMOLITION/REPLACEMENT

• Work involved a combined effort with a general contractor to dismantle, lower and reduce the precipitators at the active plant.
• All equipment and structures were reduced and removed from site.
• The work was made more difficult due to high winds and winter weather conditions.
• Work was completed under tight time constraints due to outage limitations
• Work was performed seven (7) days a week, double shift from start to finish
