• Description: This project included complete demolition and removal of all interior finishes and floor topping surfaces from a seven-story downtown office building. The project was scheduled to be completed in 30 working days. A large labor force and numerous types of specialty equipment were required to meet the extremely aggressive schedule. Work was completed five (5) days ahead of schedule.
