• Multi-phased, highly selective demolition project working with numerous trade contractors under a very tight schedule
• Phase I - demolition of 3 levels of dormitory rooms within the Stadium.
• Phase II - demolition of large areas of the superstructure to allow for installation of private, luxury boxes.
• Phase III - selective demolition of the Press Box
• Phase IV - demolition of 3 levels of Band Room hung from the superstructure of the stadium. All work in this phase was performed over newly installed utility lines that were placed in the ground out of sequence to accommodate the aggressive schedule
