UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI DORMITORY - Cincinnati, OH

• Explosive demolition and debris removal of a twenty-eight (28) story reinforced concrete university dormitory building.
• Demolition was performed while a two (2) story Cafeteria 40' from the building remained in service. A Safeway Scaffolding system was erected to protect the face of the Cafeteria.
• The project included complete removal of spread footing system & a tower crane foundation.
• The site was rough graded to leave a virgin site to accommodate any future construction.
